10 Ways To Cleanse Your Aural Energy

We all naturally attract certain situations and relationships in life. It’s like they are magnetic, and we are gravitated towards them. There is patterns that become noticeable but not until they have shown up over a period of time. We all have different lessons to learn in this life and therefore the kind of people we attract are the exact kind of people we need in order to help us on our path. It is both a blessing and a curse!

Even though everything we go through is completely necessary, we still have to make sure we cleanse ourselves of toxic energy. In fact, the more in touch with ourselves we are, the more we need to do this. It’s because we are far more sensitive to these dark energies. You might notice the more empathetic you become, the more you attract people to you. Therefore, the more emotional baggage you carry with you.

Smudging – Sage/Palo Santo Wood

One of the best ways to cleanse energy is with regular smudging, a traditionally Native American practice of burning herbs and resins, which many healers use to offer blessings and purify people, places and objects. Although cedar, lavender and sweet grass are often used during smudging ceremonies for their ability to uplift, purify, and bring positivity into a space, the most common herb used is sage.

Aromatherapy with Essential Oils

They can make you feel uplifted if you are feeling depleted and drained. You are constantly responding to the energy of your environment. Essential oils can help you clear that energy out and raise your vibrational frequency. Some of the best ones to use are; Rose, Sandalwood, Peppermint, Frankincense, Palo Santo and Lavender.

Meditation/Yoga

“Meditation has been linked to a number of things that lead to increased ability to focus, memory … We’ve seen this at the level of the brain.” Greater concentration is related to the increased energy meditation provides. “It connects you with your real source of energy,”

The practice of forgiveness grows through generosity and repetition. Buddhist psychology offers specific teachings and practices for the development of forgiveness.  Like the practice of compassion, forgiveness does not ignore the truth of our suffering.  Forgiveness is not weak.  It demands courage and integrity.  Yet only forgiveness and love can bring about the peace we long for.  As the Indian sage Meher Baba explains, “True love is not for the faint-hearted.”

Record/Keep A Journal

Some of the most influential people in history kept detailed journals of their lives. Those journals served two purposes: a permanent record for posterity, and cathartic release for the people writing them. Even if you don’t think you need either, keeping a journal has great benefits you can enjoy immediately. Maybe you’re more practical, and want a way to harness your creativity. Maybe you just want the cathartic release that comes with regular writing. Whatever it is, these are all great reasons.

Connect with the Nature

There has been lots of research done into the physical and mental benefits of being outside. Research have shown about the effectiveness of nature on mental fatigue and stress. They found that being in nature helps us to relax, improves our memory, increases our attention spam, and improves cognition. How fantastic is that!?
